◆ Material : PA6 filled with 60% glass fiber, heat-stabilized / high-flow / excellent surface finish.

◆ Characteristics : 1. 60% high glass fiber grade: ultra-high rigidity, tensile strength and dimensional stability, low creep and low warpage. 2. EF high-flow & high-surface grade: low viscosity, enabling easy filling of thin-walled and intricate components; effectively reduces floating glass fibers to deliver surface appearance comparable to low-glass-fiber grades. 3. H2.0 thermal-stabilized & hydrolysis-resistant grade: resistant to thermal aging and hot-humid conditions with excellent retention of mechanical properties under long-term high-temperature exposure, ideal for engine compartments and high-humidity service environments. 4. Low-shrinkage grade: minimal anisotropy and superior dimensional precision for precision-machined parts. 5. Oil & chemical-resistant grade: resistant to engine oil, gasoline, weak acids and alkalis, featuring outstanding compatibility for automotive and industrial applications.

◆ Purpose : Automotive: Engine compartment structural parts, intake manifolds, seat frames, transmission components, battery brackets. Electrical & Electronic: High-voltage electrical housings, terminal blocks, connector frames, heat dissipation brackets for power modules.
